· Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, or weapons of any kind

· Hazardous, toxic, flammable, or corrosive materials (including but not limited to chemicals, fuel, propane, leaking batteries)

· Human or animal remains, blood, bodily fluids, or biohazardous waste unless expressly agreed to in writing under Section - Specialized Deliveries

· Perishable food items requiring refrigeration unless expressly agreed to in writing

· Currency, coins, bullion, or negotiable instruments

· Live animals or insects

· Stolen property or items obtained illegally

· Pornographic or obscene materials

· Any item prohibited by federal, state, or local law

SPECIALIZED DELIVERIES – MEDICAL, LEGAL & PHARMACY

Medical Deliveries:

· Courier may transport medical-related items only by prior written approval, including but not limited to:

· Medical records and documents

· Specimens properly sealed and labeled (non-biohazard unless approved)

· Medical equipment and supplies

· All medical items are packaged, sealed, and labeled in compliance with applicable laws

· No infectious, biohazardous, or regulated medical waste is included unless expressly agreed

· Courier is not a medical provider and does not verify contents

Delivery Liability

Bliss-Roper Carolina Courier Services, LLC exercises reasonable care when handling packages. However, liability may be limited in cases involving:

· Improper packaging

· Inaccurate delivery instructions

· Circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for ensuring packages are properly protected during transport.

Payment Terms
